Thank you for your interest in the Africa Wealth & Culture Summit 2026. Please review the event policies below before registering, applying, purchasing tickets, participating as a vendor, attending as a guest, or engaging with the summit as a speaker, sponsor, partner, media representative, volunteer, or exhibitor.

These policies are designed to support a professional, respectful, organized, and high-value summit experience for all participants.

African Wealth and Culture Summit ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates awcsummit.org and other sites linking to these Terms of Use (individually, the "Site", and collectively, the "Sites"). Through the Sites, African Wealth and Culture Summit provides various offerings, information, and resources related to the products and services available on our Sites (each a "Service" and collectively, the "Services"). References to the Sites include the Services.

African Wealth and Culture Summit may change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites in its sole discretion with or without notice. African Wealth and Culture Summit is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any time or for any period. African Wealth and Culture Summit reserves the right to block or deny access to any of the Sites to anyone at any time for any reason. African Wealth and Culture Summit is not obligated to correct or update any information or content on the Sites.

These terms of use (together with any additional terms, as described below) ("Terms of Use") are an agreement between African Wealth and Culture Summit and the individuals that use the Sites ("users," "you," or "your"). The Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sites. 

Subject to your full and ongoing compliance with these Terms of Use, African Wealth and Culture Summit hereby grants you a limited and revocable right to access and use the Sites, solely for their intended purposes. If you use or access the Sites on behalf of a business or other entity, you must have the authority to bind that business/entity. In such a case, the term "you" includes the business/entity and any of its agents that use or access the Sites. By using or accessing the Sites, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to accept these Terms of Use and form a binding contract with African Wealth and Culture Summit.

TICKET REFUND POLICY

All ticket purchases are subject to the refund terms posted at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the official registration or ticket checkout page, ticket sales may be final and non-refundable. Refund requests, if permitted, must be submitted in writing to Contact@AWCSummit.org.

Refund approval is not guaranteed and may depend on ticket type, payment processing deadlines, event expenses already incurred, and the date the refund request is received.

Processing fees, service charges, platform fees, and third-party payment fees may be non-refundable.

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or modified, ticket holders will receive updated instructions regarding their registration status and available options.

TICKET TRANSFER POLICY

Ticket transfers may be allowed at the discretion of the Africa Wealth & Culture Summit team.

To request a ticket transfer, the original ticket holder must contact Contact@AWCSummit.org with the original attendee's name, email address, ticket type, and the recipient's full name and email address.

Ticket transfers may be subject to review, deadlines, and administrative approval. 

AWCS reserves the right to deny transfer requests that are incomplete, late, fraudulent, or inconsistent with event policies.

Unauthorized ticket resale, duplication, or misrepresentation is not permitted.

VENDOR APPROVAL POLICY

Vendor and exhibitor opportunities at the Africa Wealth & Culture Summit are selective and subject to approval.

Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance, booth space, exhibitor space, or participation in the summit.

Applications may be reviewed based on mission alignment, vendor category, product or service offering, professionalism, audience fit, event space, category availability, and overall marketplace balance.

To help create a stronger vendor experience and support better revenue opportunities for participating vendors, AWCS may limit the number of repetitive vendor categories and avoid oversaturating the marketplace with too many similar products or services.

Approved vendors may be required to complete payment, submit additional documentation, provide a logo or product photos, carry appropriate insurance or vendor liability coverage, and follow all event setup, sales, conduct, and venue guidelines.

AWCS reserves the right to deny, remove, or decline any vendor whose products, services, presentation, conduct, or materials do not align with the summit’s mission, audience, venue requirements, or professional standards.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Africa Wealth & Culture Summit is committed to creating a professional, respectful, inclusive, and culturally grounded environment.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, media representatives, volunteers, partners, staff, and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism.

The following behavior is not permitted:

• Harassment, intimidation, threats, or discrimination
• Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe conduct
• Unwanted solicitation outside approved vendor, sponsor, or networking areas
• Misrepresentation of affiliation, credentials, tickets, or access
• Unauthorized sales, promotions, recordings, or distribution of materials
• Damage to venue property, event materials, vendor displays, or attendee property
• Failure to follow event staff, security, or venue instructions

AWCS reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund if their behavior violates event policies, disrupts the event, creates a safety concern, or negatively impacts the experience of others.

MEDIA, PHOTO, AND VIDEO CONSENT

By attending or participating in the Africa Wealth & Culture Summit, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording, livestreaming, interviews, and media coverage may occur during the event.

By entering the event space, attendees and participants grant AWCS, its organizers, media partners, photographers, videographers, sponsors, and authorized representatives permission to capture and use photographs, video, audio, and likeness for event documentation, marketing, media, social media, promotional materials, press coverage, sponsor reporting, and future summit communications.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the summit team in writing before the event or speak with the registration team upon arrival. While AWCS will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, complete exclusion from all photography, video, or crowd footage cannot be guaranteed in a public event setting.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTE

Africa Wealth & Culture Summit aims to provide a welcoming and accessible experience for attendees and participants.

If you require accessibility accommodations, special seating, mobility support, communication assistance, dietary considerations, or other event-related accommodations, please contact the summit team at Contact@AWCSummit.org as early as possible.

Accommodation requests will be reviewed and addressed based on available resources, venue capabilities, timing, and event logistics.

WEATHER, EMERGENCY, OR EVENT CHANGE DISCLAIMER

AWCS reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue details, format, program elements, or event logistics as needed.

Changes may occur due to weather, emergencies, venue requirements, safety concerns, speaker availability, travel disruptions, public health guidance, security matters, acts of God, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the control of the summit organizers.

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, moved, delayed, or otherwise modified, AWCS will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees, sponsors, vendors, speakers, and participants using the contact information provided during registration or application.

AWCS is not responsible for personal travel costs, hotel expenses, transportation expenses, lost wages, vendor inventory costs, sponsorship preparation costs, or other expenses incurred by attendees or participants due to event changes, delays, postponement, cancellation, or circumstances beyond the summit’s control.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PAYMENT PLATFORMS

Ticketing, registration, sponsorship payments, vendor payments, email communications, or forms may be processed through third-party platforms or service providers.

AWCS is not responsible for third-party platform outages, payment processing delays, service fees, refund timelines, or policies outside of AWCS control. Participants should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any third-party platforms used during registration, payment, or submission.
